Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues, providing effective solutions.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet established quality control requirements.
• Train and educate employees on the latest quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field.

At least 5 years in a Quality Control role.

Extensive knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards.

Familiarity with requirements related to Federal project experience.
