Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and cost controls. Coordinate with design teams, ownership, consultants, and field leadership. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local jurisdictional requirements. Support project reporting, forecasting, and executive updates.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated history delivering ground-up multifamily projects (wrap, podium, or mid-rise). Experience managing projects in the $30M+ range preferred. Strong understanding of California construction practices, permitting, and subcontractor markets. Ability to manage first-time projects in a new market with confidence and autonomy.
