Job Summary :

The Intake Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient client / patient intake process, which is essential for the success of our System. By joining our compassionate and collaborative team, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and patients. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. In this role, you will effectively manage all aspects of client / patient intake, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering positive relationships with clients and referral sources.

As an Intake Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing the intake process, verifying insurance coverage, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. Your attention to detail will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our care delivery.
