Deputy General Manager

A company is looking for a Deputy General Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end enrollment and premium billing processes for multiple clients

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and drive process improvement initiatives

Perform data analysis and reporting, and troubleshoot complex enrollment and billing issues

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience in health insurance enrollment and premium billing operations, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role

Proficiency in enrollment systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

Experience in managing multiple client relationships and process optimization
