JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize mechanical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
•Experience with Commercial, Industrial Projects
•Experience on TI, Ground Up, Design Build jobs
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
•Manage employees, resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
•Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as needed
•Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and management
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
•Identify and resolve project issues, deficiencies and determine critical path
•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
•Track project milestones and deliverables
•Proficiency on all type of Microsoft, Project Management and Estimating software.
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to successfully meet deadlines
•Perform other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
•Familiar with the HVAC industry standards and codes
•Prior experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment
•Demonstrated experience in personnel management and individual work
•Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
•High school diploma or equivalent experience required
•10 years of experience in the HVAC industry
•5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industry
•EPA Universal Certification
