Adjunct / Per Course Faculty, Computer Science - China (Spring 2026)

Description of Primary Duties

Missouri State University-West Plains is looking for adjunct faculty to teach CIS : Computer Applications for Businessfor the China program.

Responsibilities include teaching assigned course(s); grading students work in a timely manner; being available to assist students with course-related matters; submitting attendance and midterm / final grades by the required deadlines; completing course assessments on time; and participating in required training.Adjunct faculty members are appointed on a semester basis only. The hours which adjunct faculty are allowed to teach each semester are determined by current regulations. Consult with the office of academic affairs to determine the number of hours allowed. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Adjunct Faculty should possess a masters degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean. Additional Qualifications Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
