Accountant

A company is looking for an Accountant to perform financial analyses and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accounting reports, including balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with GAAP

Record journal entries and maintain analytical schedules supporting financial statements and audits

Identify process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and participate in financial system initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

2+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements

Proficiency in general ledger accounting and account reconciliations

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
