Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming support calls and emails with urgency and exemplary customer service
Assist with client onboarding, training, and lead webinars
Log support tickets and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience
Customer service experience
Passion for technology and environmental initiatives
Experience with payroll management solutions is preferred
