A company is looking for a Manager of Software Development to oversee the development and maintenance of software applications and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and data professionals, promoting a collaborative culture

Implement Agile methodologies, coaching teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Manage product vision and stakeholder communication to ensure value delivery and project success

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP)

Experience with relational and / or NoSQL database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra)

3+ years of related management experience

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps principles
