Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Chandler Creek Post Acute - Greer, SC $16-$19/hour | Full-Time About Us Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning * Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition * Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment * Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans * Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times Qualifications: * CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina) * Current CPR * Must be at least 18 years old * Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred * Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented * Passion for serving an underserved population We are an equal opportunity employer.
