Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Preparation & Review: Deliver accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, or trusts (depending on your level and specialty).
  • Client Advisory: Proactively communicate with clients to provide clarity on tax outcomes and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with remote team members to ensure all recurring work and special projects stay on track.
  • Process Management: Manage deadlines effectively within a cloud-based workflow to ensure a "no-surprises" client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience: Recent public accounting experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have worked within a CPA firm environment.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in tax preparation, planning, or review across Staff, Senior, or Manager levels.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical tax concepts clearly to clients and team members.
  • Remote Readiness: Comfortable working in a fully remote, digital environment with a high level of autonomy.
