T3 Recruiters is seeking a driven and experienced Service Manager (or a strong Supervisor ready to step up) to lead a commercial truck service department in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the Class 5–8 truck industry who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department
• Oversee budgeting, P&L reporting, and cost control
• Improve service operations, customer satisfaction, and service sales
• Provide leadership to technicians and service staff
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and customers

Candidate:

• Proven experience in the medium to heavy-duty truck industry (Class 5–8)
• Past role as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor looking to move up
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
• Incentive Program + Benefits
