Job description
We're Hiring Local CDL Drivers!Join our team at George Moving & Storage, Inc, a trusted name in transportation and logistics. We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class A driver to make local deliveries in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, local position – you'll be home every night!What We Offer:Competitive hourly payDaily home time – no overnights!Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends/overtime)Paid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchNewer, well-maintained equipmentFriendly, supportive team environmentRequirements:Valid CDL Class A licenseClean MVR and driving recordMinimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferredAbility to pass DOT physical and drug screeningStrong customer service and communication skillsMust be punctual, dependable, and safety-focusedResponsibilities:Safely operate a commercial vehicle.Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.Maintain delivery documentation.Assist in loading and unloading product from trucks.Direct helpers in performance of work.Direct crew to complete job in efficient, safe manner and in accordance with customer's expectations and job requirements.Participate in commercial office moves as scheduled by management.Other duties as assigned by management.Follow all DOT and company safety regulationsmunicate effectively with dispatch and customers.Ready to Hit the Road With Us?Apply today!
