Job Summary:

HCA North Florida Hospital is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join our dynamic oncology team, with a focus on high-risk and breast oncology patients.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Completion of a breast surgery fellowship is required
  • Board certified or board eligible in general surgery
  • The ideal candidate would be comfortable with the following procedures:
    • Nipple sparing technique
    • Oncoplastics
    • Data driven nodal assessment
    • Skin sparing technique

Position Highlights:

    • Collaborative surgical oncology support
  • Employed through HCA Physician Services Group, a leading multi-specialty network with advanced cancer care programs including:
    • Comprehensive oncology
    • Surgical and gynecologic oncology
    • Blood cancer and transplant/cellular therapy

Practice & Hospital Support:
  • Oncology Nurse Navigator
  • Genetic Nurse Practitioner
  • Breast Health Navigation
  • Experienced and dedicated nursing team
  • On-site radiation and medical oncology services
  • Advanced diagnostic radiology and Women’s Center

Leadership & Network Opportunities:
  • Serve on the NAPBC Breast Program Leadership Committee
  • Become part of the nationally recognized Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, known for its high standards and extensive clinical portfolio
  • Collaborate with breast oncology programs across the country, enhancing visibility and impact at local, regional, and national levels
