Technician I

Shift: 1st, (4:30am-3pm)

2nd, (9am-7:30pm)

Pay: $23-$28/hr (Based on experience)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Technician I to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Job Description:

• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
• Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately
• Support machine start-ups and changeovers
• Train and assist machine operators as needed
• Learn and understand the forging/manufacturing process
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain part quality
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
• Clean, maintain, and organize tooling and equipment
• Support plant initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
