Madison Street, Goshen, IN 46528 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
(4-Day Workweek) Build Quality That Lasts Do you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the finished product of your work? As an Upholsterer & Assembler at Wieland Designs, you'll help build high-quality seating and interior products using fabrics, foam, wood, and hardware.

Whether you have manufacturing experience or simply enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do * Assemble upholstery products using hand tools, staplers, and glue equipment. * Read work instructions and assemble products to quality standards. * Stretch, position, and secure fabrics and materials. * Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship. * Work as part of a production team to meet daily production goals. * Cross-train in multiple assembly processes and product lines. * Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently. What We're Looking For * Basic experience with hand tools or the willingness to learn. * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude. * Willingness to learn multiple jobs and rotate between workstations. * Ability to stand throughout the shift and regularly lift 25–40 pounds (occasionally up to 75 pounds). Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and requires standing throughout the shift while using hand tools, staplers, and glue equipment.
The work includes repetitive hand movements, lifting materials, and working in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
