Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to our residents under the direction of the supervising nurse and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to resident care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as authorized.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation.

• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.

• Supervise CNAs as applicable.

• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.

• Long-term-care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Compassionate and dependable.
