About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of 11 team members. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a sales manager for another insurance company, but I missed the agency environment and the ability to build something meaningful with a team—so I made the move to State Farm and never looked back.
I attended DePaul University and am a proud dad to two daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the city, trying great restaurants, and spending quality time with my kids. That balance between professional drive and personal life is something I value deeply and bring into the office every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Account Manager is a member of the Sales Department of Burton Insurance Agency Inc. As such, you are vital to the success of our business operations. Our high-volume agency will provide you with many interested prospects to interact with on a daily basis. You will spend the day providing insurance quotes, giving recommendations, following up, and making insurance sales. Our compensation program of base pay, monthly bonus, and commission is set up to reward high performing individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment, interacting with prospects via phone, text messaging, and email.
