Venture Dynamics is currently seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Forklift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts in a fast-paced Marine/Industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles using the forklift
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials movement
- Inspect and maintain the forklift and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the forklift
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including general labor and inventory management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
