Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead financial operations by planning organizing and guiding activities across accounting reporting budgeting and payroll for clinical and medical group entities.

Oversee general ledger accounts receivable accounts payable and payroll processes and ensure records follow applicable accounting standards.

Deliver timely financial statements and management reports for the CFO while maintaining compliance with local state and federal requirements.

Conduct financial analysis for new and existing programs and provide insights that improve margins cost control and resource allocation.

Strengthen internal controls policies and procedures and partner with operational leaders to support hospital initiatives and performance goals.
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a closely related field with a master degree preferred.

3+ years of management experience in a finance role with proven team leadership.

Possess hands on experience in an acute care hospital environment and working knowledge of healthcare finance operations.

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer based accounting systems.

Communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal formats and meet deadlines with precision.
