We are currently hiring for a Medical Assistant to join BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role as a Medical Assistant, you will assist with health management activities/programs for BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina (BCBSSC) and/or Blue Choice members.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday, from 8:00am 4:30pm and will be hybrid at our Government Programs Complex in Columbia, SC. The candidate will be required to report on-site for 6 weeks of training before working remotely. The candidate will also be required to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) a month.
