The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the insurance business unit, the Product Services Group. This role is responsible for managing daily servicing activities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring consistent delivery of high quality support across core operational functions.
What You'll Do
- Utilize service management system to track open issues and resolve incidents timely
- Perform agency and user system maintenance
- Provide timely and accurate responses to user requests and reported issues
- Facilitate first level triage through Service Now and send internal communication to ensure users receive clear, timely updates regarding issue status and resolution steps
- Respond to escalated service issues and ensure prompt resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Provide support on all tasks as directed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 01 years of experience preferred, but not required
