Our client is a California-based engineering contractor with specialized expertise in environmental remediation and demolition services. Their work includes projects such as contaminated site cleanup, water treatment, facility deactivation, and habitat restoration. They serve a wide range of clients across sectors including government, education, energy, manufacturing, and aerospace. The company employs approximately 190 people and growing!
Job Description:
This onsite HR Generalist role is a great fit for an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) human resources professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. As part of a small and collaborative HR team, this individual will support core HR functionsincluding full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relationswhile helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will also serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing coaching and guidance, and will work closely with Safety Managers to ensure alignment between HR practices and field operations.
