We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced therapists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support residents on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Assist with patient evaluations and ongoing assessments.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes.
Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.
Qualifications
Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
