Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, you will help the Facilities Supervisor. This role will perform inspection, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, and ventilation equipment. You will also conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Every day you will ensure the optimal performance and repair of various HVAC-R systems, utilizing a blend of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration expertise, all while adhering to safety and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, refrigeration, cooling tower maintenance, and tower water treatment.
