Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Field Sales Manager (Eagle Ford) for an energy & emissions services equipment client based in Midland, Texas. Role is REMOTE (must live in the Permian Basin / Midland area) with frequent travel around the area.
· Base salary of $120k - $150k DOE plus commission opportunity, company vehicle allowance and benefits.
· Frequent travel in the Permian Basin as necessary
· 7+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services.
· Candidate should have current established oil & gas industry connections
The Field Sales Manager establishes sales relationships with existing and prospective customers through industry and product knowledge deploying a solutions-based approach. Also, achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling environmental control equipment for the oil & gas upstream and midstream sectors (flares, enclosed combustors, vapor recovery units, etc.). The successful candidate will have well-established industry connections in the Permian Basin area.
