Project Scheduler

Rinvio is hiring a Project Scheduler for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site full-time W-2 role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.
Openings: 1 opening.
Pay: $92.00 - $125.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.
Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.
What you will do:
- Own or support P6 schedule development, updates, lookaheads, critical path analysis, progress tracking, variance reporting, and recovery planning.
- Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
- Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
- Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
- Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
- Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
- Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.
