Summary: The Babysitting Program Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, safety, and quality of the JCC of Park Heights' Babysitting Program. This role ensures that children receive attentive, nurturing care in a clean, organized, and engaging environment. Parents should feel confident in the safety and professionalism of the service while using the facilities of the JCC.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend time sitting and using a computer, sitting with children or on their feet. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The work environment may be fast paced and requires high energy and interaction with others. The workspace may be noisy.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Rate: $20/hour
Weekly Hours: 15-20 hours/week
Benefit & Perks: The JCC provides a complimentary membership and discounted program rates to employees who work at least once per week on a consistent, year-round basis.
