The Supervisor - Plant Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the central plant, including maintenance, repairs, and operational support for boilers, chillers, and life safety systems. The role includes managing maintenance staff, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining operational readiness of essential utility systems.
