Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team serving children and families throughout the Baltimore, MD area.
This position offers an attractive $100,000–$120,000 annual salary, an 80% remote / 20% in-person hybrid model, paid administrative time, and a flexible schedule designed to give BCBAs greater control over their workday.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services while working collaboratively with families, RBTs, caregivers, and school teams — without the traditional demands of a fully in-person BCBA position.

The majority of clinical programming, supervision, documentation, and collaboration can be completed remotely, with limited in-person services provided in Charlotte-area homes and schools.
