Person should be able to play a role of Agile practitioner and Kanban coach. Primary responsibilities includes:

• Facilitate Standup Meetings
• Document and maintain detailed artifacts on the execution framework, processes, workflows, etc
• Development & continuous improvement of the cloud specific execution model
• Facilitation of ad-hoc technical meetings (prior to defect and story capture)
• Align local & remote work teams and resources across matrixed organization
• Ensure teams are working on the right priorities and there is sufficient level of work ready to be started
• Perform continuous backlog grooming & facilitate grooming meetings as needed
• Ensure data quality, integrity and currency across all of the data points
• Bridge the gap of work executed outside of Rally (e.g. team without Rally access or training is responsible for delivery)
• Strategic alignment of tasks & defects to user stories up to features, projects, portfolios, epics
• Manage the release train & flow of completed work into the release train
• Plan and align work to sprints, iterations, projects releases
• Identify and capture need for spikes and refactors
• Facilitate planning & issue remediation meetings
• Manage overall team capacity and workload, ensure optimal team usage (minimal thrash, maximum throughput)
• Produce & summarize key management reporting and performance metrics
• Administer the Cloud team Rally workspace (resources, licenses, board design & configuration)
• Be the SME and coach for the cloud work teams as well as the trainer for new resources

Preferred Skills: Scale Agile Framework; Rally; Kanban; coach experience
