We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Workday platform across key functional areas including Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Advanced Compensation. This role will play a critical part in our ongoing Workday implementation journey, future system expansion, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

Boston Base Salary Range: $ 119,100 - $149,400. The range stated is specific to Boston. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
