Job Summary
The QA/QC Supervisor ensures that all Craftory products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees daily quality assurance and control activities, supervises QA staff, and partners with production to maintain consistent product integrity. The QA/QC Supervisor will be instrumental in supporting audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives to align with Craftory’s mission of delivering safe, high-quality, culturally rooted foods.
Craftory is reimagining how Asian heritage flavors are shared with the next generation. We produce ready-to-eat broths, soups, and proteins in shelf-stable Tetra Recart packaging. With product lines like Simmer Craft organic broths and Craft Cuts luncheon meats, we serve consumers seeking ethnic comfort foods and aim to partner with mass retailers.
