We encourage interested applicants to apply early to be considered as we build our opening team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans based on the client’s clinical needs, desired outcomes, and appropriateness for treatment.
  • Educate clients regarding available aesthetic treatments, expected outcomes, potential risks, contraindications, pre-treatment requirements, and post-treatment care.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments within the RN’s authorized scope of practice and required supervision, including neurotoxins such as BOTOX®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau®.
  • Perform approved laser, light-based, and energy-based aesthetic treatments using equipment such as Candela, Aerolase, eMatrix, Fraxel, or other devices utilized by the practice, consistent with training, certification, and applicable scope-of-practice requirements.
  • Perform PRP and other authorized regenerative aesthetic treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Initiate and administer IV therapies as authorized, including establishing IV access, monitoring clients during treatment, and recognizing indications, contraindications, and potential adverse reactions.
  • Administer other aesthetic and wellness treatments authorized by the practice and within the RN’s scope of practice, training, and competency.
  • Collaborate with providers, and other members of the team regarding client assessment, treatment planning, complications, and continuity of care.
  • Identify contraindications, abnormal findings, or conditions requiring further medical evaluation and refer or escalate concerns to the appropriate provider when necessary.
  • Monitor clients before, during, and after procedures and promptly recognize and respond to adverse reactions, complications, or medical emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
  • Provide appropriate post-procedure instructions and conduct follow-up communication to assess treatment response, recovery, and client concerns.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and clinical areas in a clean, organized, sanitary, and treatment-ready condition.
  • Follow infection-control procedures, universal precautions, medication-handling requirements, and established clinical safety protocols.
  • Maintain competency and required training for aesthetic procedures, equipment, medications, and emergency response applicable to the position.
  • Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, applicable nursing regulations, infection-control standards, and all other federal, state, and local requirements governing the practice.
  • Provide professional, compassionate, and client-centered care while supporting a positive and high-quality aesthetic experience.
  • Perform other clinical duties within the RN’s authorized scope of practice as assigned.

OTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain license through ongoing Continuing Medical Education credits as required.
  • Must be willing to learn new products, services and treatment plans as the company grows.
  • Highly polished and professional appearance.
  • Regularly participate in marketing and social media content.
