A well-established electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to support affordable housing and multifamily electrical construction projects throughout the Bay Area. This hybrid role is responsible for both preconstruction estimating and project management, working closely with field leadership, clients, vendors, and subcontractors from bid through project closeout.
Projects primarily include affordable housing, multifamily, mixed-use, podium, wrap, and other commercial electrical construction.
