  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), NFPA 70E, OSHA, and company safety procedures while performing electrical work
  • Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability, maintainability, energy efficiency, and safety through proactive repairs and process improvements

  • Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, and construction drawings
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Proficient with electrical testing equipment including multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and circuit tracers
  • Experience installing conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC), pulling wire, and terminating electrical equipment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • California Journeyman Electrician Certification
  • Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, laboratory, mission-critical, or data center environments
  • Experience working with HVAC equipment, Building Automation Systems (BAS), VFDs, generators, UPS systems, or emergency power
  • Basic troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment and motor controls
