Supervisor II / Team Leader, Quality Inspection

1st shift hours 6:00 AM 2:30 PM OT hours
-Factory Team Leader position is 100% on-site from day one -This position will lead a team of Quality Inspectors. Lead Quality Management Services team, which includes tool calibration, CMM lab, and non-conforming processes -Metatarsals are required from day one -This position splits its time 70% on the supporting the shop floor and 30% in the office -Primarily 1st shift but will have to be flexible. Exact shift hours can be discussed by the selected candidate and the hiring manager -Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.
-Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment -Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals. -Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things -Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates without a 4-year degree will be considered if they have demonstrated supervisory experience
