Trinity Rail Maintenance Services is searching for an HR Manager in our Fort Worth, TX plant. As the Human Resources Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to TRMS's success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources function, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. The HR Manager will have responsibility for each of the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
