Position Details
Position: MRI Technologist
Location: Fairfax, VA
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Friday through Monday
Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (8-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Call: Weekly rotation (approximately 3 on-call shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Every weekend
Floating: Outpatient and inpatient imaging
Holiday Requirement: 1 major and 1 minor holiday
EMR: Epic
Dress Code: Black scrubs
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience
ARRT certification in MRI
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong IV insertion skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment
Experience with high-field MRI systems (GE 3T and 1.5T preferred)
