Job description
The Superintendent - High-End Residential will oversee the successful execution of luxury residential construction projects in Carlisle, MA. This role focuses on managing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Client Details Michael Page is hiring for the business services industry in the Boston area. Description Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times. Monitor quality standards and address any issues promptly to meet high-end residential expectations. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and resolve any on-site challenges effectively. Oversee material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays in construction timelines. Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and inspections. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers to ensure satisfaction. Profile A successful Superintendent - High-End Residential should have: Experience with managing high-end residential construction projects. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
