Our Oceanside office is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow awareness of our services and build lasting partnerships throughout North San Diego County.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving client referrals and revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians' offices, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, and other community partners.
This is a field-based, quota-driven sales role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and community engagement.
Full-time, primarily weekdays with occasional evening or weekend community events.
Oceanside, CA — field-based role covering the surrounding North County San Diego service area.
