An integral member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, Development & Communications to develop and execute marketing, fundraising, and communications efforts for the organization. This position executes message strategy, branding, graphic design, public relations, digital communications, social media, print, fund development, and event management activities for WRTP | BIG STEP.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and organized. They are self-motivated and can manage multiple deadlines and priorities. The Marketing Coordinator works well independently and with a diverse cross section of personnel executive leadership, educational staff, program participants, agencies, workforce partners, media, etc. to expand and broaden the impact and influence of WRTP | BIG STEP's programs and partnerships.
