Oldcastle is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience, to drive digital initiatives to our business websites from discovery and design through development and delivery. The Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience will serve as the liaison across brand, digital solutions, product, creative, sales, and operational teams to own the digital product vision, populate and prioritize the backlog, establish and navigate the digital product roadmap, and facilitate delivery of digital product enhancements.
This role is hybrid and located out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
A degree in a business-related field such as communications, web design, or marketing is preferred. 3+ years' experience. Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential. Experience with digital product management, project management, agile methods, analytics platforms, and digital marketing is beneficial. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
