Join our amazing team of healthcare providers. We have been in business for over 17 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our team and provide quality care to our patients in a home health setting.
Job Summary
The OT/COTA provides skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve their independence, safety, and ability to participate in daily activities. This position involves working with patients and families in the home, following an individualized plan of care, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
