If you are an experienced dental leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, understands complex treatment presentation, and knows how to balance daily operational excellence with a warm, patient-first culture, this is the perfect home for you.Here is what makes this opportunity special:Dual Bonus Potential: Highly competitive base salary ($62,000–$70,000) supplemented by two separate monthly bonus pools (Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Office Manager Bonus).Robust Practice & Advanced Scope: Lead an established, high-volume 7-operatory clinic equipped for general dentistry, cosmetic enhancements, full-arch implant restoration, and facial injectables.Balanced Work Schedule: Full-time schedule (M–Th 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with no late evenings or weekend hours required.Impactful Leadership: Direct, empower, and mentor a tight-knit 10-person team while partnering closely with 2 doctors to hit practice production and clinical goalsprehensive Benefits Package: Access to full standard company health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefit options.What You'll Be Doing (The Role)As our Office Manager, you are the quarterback of practice operations, team culture, and business growth:Specialty & General Workflow Management: Oversee daily schedule density and patient workflow across all 7 ops, coordinating smooth transitions for general hygiene, complex full-arch implant cases, cosmetic procedures, and facial injectable appointments.Case Presentation & Financial Arrangements: Present comprehensive treatment plans-including high-ticket cosmetic, full-arch implant, and injectable cases-guiding patients through third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit), insurance coverage, and payment options.Team Leadership & Culture: Supervise, train, and mentor a 10-person staff across front office and clinical support; maintain a positive, high-accountability team dynamic.Financial Management & Production: Drive practice revenue goals, monitor daily/monthly collections, oversee clean insurance claim submissions, and audit schedule utilization.Doctor Collaboration: Partner closely with our 2 doctors during daily morning huddles to align clinical capacity with operational targets.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager running a fast-paced, multi-operatory dental practice (Required).Clinical Scope Exposure: Experience managing or presenting treatment for cosmetic dentistry, full-arch implants, or facial injectables is strongly preferred.Software & Insurance Literacy: Strong proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Denticon) and deep knowledge of dental PPO billing, claims processing, and treatment plan presentation.Leadership Style: Energetic, approachable, and proactive leader with a track record of building strong team cohesion and meeting practice financial targets.Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and strong organization in a high-volume environment.Ready to Apply?If you are a results-driven dental leader ready to guide a high-performing team and share in our practice's financial growth, we want to hear from you!
