Job Description
Assist with daily field operations on luxury residential projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries. Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and production standards. Support the Superintendent in achieving project milestones. Develop leadership skills with a clear path to Superintendent responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead Carpenter. Background in luxury residential construction preferred. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and advance professionally. Ability to communicate effectively with trades, clients, and project teams.
