This dynamic environment serves a highly diverse patient population, encompassing individuals requiring behavioral health support, boarding patients, and critically ill or ICU-level patients. The role demands a Registered Nurse who is proficient in managing complex and unstable patient cases within a fast-paced setting. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing comprehensive emergency and critical care, with typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, boarding, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level patients. Manage complex and unstable patient conditions with strong critical care skills. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a high-acuity emergency setting. Ensure patient safety and maintain quality of care standards in a dynamic environment. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of post-orientation experience in an Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. Must reside outside a 90-mile radius from the facility.
