Responsibilities
Connect with local community members to understand their personal risk management needs.
Explain complex insurance concepts in plain language so clients feel confident in their coverage choices.
Develop and grow your own client base through networking, referrals, and active community participation.
Provide ongoing support to current policyholders, ensuring their plans evolve alongside their life changes.
Collaborate with the agency team to refine our local outreach and customer service processes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within our management system.
Requirement
Active Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license.
Active Colorado Life & Health insurance license.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or building community relationships.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and patiently with people from all walks of life.
Reliability and a self-starting attitude that keeps you motivated throughout the day.
