Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $100,000 base + $20,000$40,000 commission (OTE $120,000$140,000+)
We're seeking a Membership Director to help launch and grow an exclusive, members-only social and dining club bringing the energy of Napa Valley to Nashville. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, shaping the experience and culture for a new brick-and-mortar location set to open soon.
The Membership Director will play a key role in driving member acquisition, curating a community centered on food, wine, and travel, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, performance-driven environments, and who enjoys blending hospitality, networking, and sales.
