Property Coordinator –HYBRID
Location: Irvine, CA


About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support the management of a portfolio of high-quality industrial and logistics properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in property operations, customer service, vendor coordination, financial administration, and project support.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and provide strong administrative and operational support to the property management team.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day property operations and customer requests.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, work orders, and maintenance projects.
  • Assist with customer move-ins, move-outs, and service needs.
  • Maintain property, vendor, compliance, and insurance records.
  • Assist with AP/AR, billing inquiries, budgets, and expense reconciliations.
  • Update Yardi and internal property management systems.
  • Prepare reports and support property projects, audits, and business plans.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, facilities, construction, or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi or another property management system is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, accounting, leasing, and property management teams.
